Thank you for visiting my blog! I'm Ashley, a lover of photography, reality TV, chihuaha's, and fancy iced coffee. I'm a wife to my wonderful husband Jordan and a mommy to my beautiful little girl Sophia...and we can't forget my little furbaby Lola. I was always "that girl with a camera" and I think anyone who knows me can vouch that I've pretty much grown up with a camera in my face. I fell in love with taking photos and I've been so blessed to be able to actually call this my job!

I am a natural light photographer in the Dayton, Ohio area. Thank you for stopping by!

nicci + todd

You may recognize these faces! I shot a family session with Nicci & Todd last year with their 2 adorable daughters, Jaylen & Peyton. This is part 1 of their engagement session; we have one more location that Nicci really wanted to go to. Part 2 of their engagement should be on the blog sometime soon. Here's a few of my favorites from our session:

Erin + Dan

I was so excited when Erin wanted to do something a little different for this shoot (they're no strangers to my blog!)...so we decided that some balloons were in order! We had a lot of fun and got a lot of strange looks but the outcome was pretty awesome if you ask me! Here are a few of my favorites from our session:

mary + brian + chloe too!

I love when my clients bring along pets! Chloe was such a sweetie, I seriously wanted to take her home with me! Unfortunately I wasn't available to shoot Mary & Brian's wedding but I was so excited when they still wanted to me to take their engagement photos. Here are a few of my favorites from our session -- Good luck you two, hope you have a perfect wedding day!

R.I.P. Tyson "The Bird Man"

We recently had to put down our little fur baby, Tyson. He was the first pet my husband and I ever bought together, so this was extremely heartbreaking for the both of us.

Our house doesn't feel the same...You will be missed little man.

kendra + jeff

I don't think I've ever been so excited to blog a wedding before! Kendra is a very close friend of mine and I was so honored when she asked me to photograph her wedding for her. I don't think they could have asked for a better day or a more beautiful location. Kendra, I am so incredibly excited for you and Jeff. You looked so beautiful (Jeff wasn't too shabby either!) and I've never seen you so happy! Thank you for letting me be a part of your big day and I wish you two a long, blissful marriage -- have fun on your honeymoon!

Kendra & Jeff decided they wanted to see each other before the ceremony and I just can't even explain how much I love this! Brides, if you're worried about time constraints for photographs after the ceremony, this is the way to go! It was such an intimate moment for them and it allowed for much more one on one time for photos...definitely something to consider :)
